With the seamless integration of web, instore & mobile becoming such an important requirement for retailers over the last 12 months we knew that we must provide the first multi channel platform for selling personalised products

With most personalised products being sold online there were 2 key areas that we needed to develop – cloud based instore kiosks and instore fulfilment packages – with both of these now launched we are in the position to roll out the world;s first Multi Channel Product Personalisation Platform

  • Whatever the channel the product artwork is all created in Gateway OMS
  • Gateway OMS can segment each channel with its own GUID so they can be reviewed either combined or individually
  • However the order is placed every job can either be printed instore or supplied via our dropship network
  • The platform also enables retailers to implement a click & collect business model for personalised & print on demand products
  • The same product database (Gateway CPP) can be used to add products to all sales channels
